What is the cancellation policy for spa reservations?
We value the time of our guests and practitioners. We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for any changes or cancellations. This allows us to offer the time to another guest seeking restoration. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee.
