Does Everwood Wellness provide insurance receipts for Registered Massage Therapy (RMT)?
Yes. Everwood Wellness provides official insurance receipts for all Registered Massage Therapy (RMT) sessions. Our licensed therapists in the Dundas and Hamilton area ensure your treatments qualify for reimbursement through your extended health benefit provider.
What is the Everwood Wellness cancellation policy for spa and massage bookings?
At Everwood Wellness, we value the time of both our guests and our professional practitioners. We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations to your spa reservations. This courtesy allows us to offer the appointment time to another guest seeking restoration in our Dundas and Hamilton community. Please note that cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
How early should I arrive for my spa appointment?
We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled massage or facial at our Dundas location. This allows you plenty of time to check in, complete any necessary forms, and begin your relaxation journey in our peaceful valley environment.
